Before Your Session

Proper Gym Attire

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and appropriate training shoes that let you move safely and efficiently.

Stay Hydrated

Arrive well hydrated and bring a water bottle. Electrolytes are encouraged, especially during intense sessions.

Fuel Your Body

Don't come to training on an empty stomach. Eat a healthy meal or snack beforehand so your body has the energy to perform.

Glasses or Contacts

If you require corrective vision, wear athletic-friendly glasses or contacts that won't interfere with movement.

Standard sessions run 60 minutes and include:
